Our professional staff is here to serve your needs when planning a golf tournament or outing at the Club.
To make your experience especially enjoyable please take a look at our steps below for planning a successful Event, or just call the Golf Shop at (480)948-0260 and ask to talk to someone about booking your golfing group.
Pre-Tournament
• Complete and submit a Request a Golf Outing or Tournament information form
• A member of our professional Pro Shop staff will contact you to confirm the tournament date
• Tee times or shotgun starts are available
• Determine tournament format (scramble, casual, etc.)
• Sign and return contract
• Choose catering option and menu
• Confirm final number of players
• Final pairings must be received by the Pro Shop 72 hours prior to your event
Tournament Day
• Arrive prior to tournament to place any company signage (banners, sponsor signs)
• Registration table set-up
• Tournament scoring by our Pro Shop staff
